Ready to Scale?

If you’re looking for solutions to scale your business that go beyond quick fixes and address root causes, you need to audit your processes.

Systems are symptomatic.

The root cause of most systems problems is found at the process level.

A 4-layered pyramid with Habits, Processes, Systems, and Scale layered bottom to top. Processes is circled.

Your processes tell the story of how you and your team spend your time—and what your clients experience when they work with you. Your processes are a key component of your business operations, and while they may feel intangible if you haven’t documented them yet, they’re at the core of everything you do.

However, it’s hard to gauge the strength of your operations and chart a path toward optimization when you’re in the day-to-day. And if you haven’t taken the time to empower your team with documentation and consistent work routines, you’re probably stuck in a constant cycle of doing and delegating.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

*How you and your team move about your business—your habits—informs the processes that support your business operations. The quality of those processes dictates the degree to which your business can leverage systems. And the amount of operational leverage available to your business through systems will determine its’ ability to grow and scale.

We start all of our operations engagements by learning about your business, your goals, and your processes. We don’t recommend solutions until we understand how and why you’re doing what you’re already doing.

Are you looking for quick wins or big wins?

We have options for both, and we’ve designed our Operations Sprint to lead into our Operations Uplevel if the quick wins inspire you to go after big wins.

Quick Wins

Operations Sprint

A two-day engagement designed to provide quick wins that get you to the next stage of scaling or growth.

Focused on your operations—the infrastructure that creates your team experience and client experience—we’ll bring a mix of coaching, insights, proprietary frameworks, and accountability that meet you where you’re at and get you to where you want to go.

All Operations Sprints start with a comprehensive inventory of your processes and an audit of your tech stack.

From there, we make recommendations for your unique business operations based on our 40+ years of combined experience.

After we formulate a plan together and choose the highest-leverage project, we spend the entire second session focused on implementation coaching—with you driving the mouse to build confidence and muscle memory.

Depending on the scope of the chosen projects, clients typically end up with 1-2 high-leverage operations projects implemented over the course of our two-day engagement

When we wrap up our work together, you'll have completed a high-leverage project, built a roadmap of other systems and processes for future implementation, and practiced the tactics and mindset for maintaining what we've implemented.

  • Includes:

    • Comprehensive onboarding process where we inventory your:

      • Processes

      • Tech stack

      • Team and their roles

    • 2 Sprint sessions (2 hours each) broken into 2 phases:

      • Phase 1:  Audit (session 1)

        • Analyze everything gathered during the onboarding process

        • Review the projects we recommend for your unique operations

        • Rank the highest leverage operations projects and determine which one(s) to prioritize

      • Phase 2:  Implementation (session 2)

        • Implementation coaching for your highest leverage project

        • You drive the mouse to build muscle memory and feel empowered to maintain the project after we’re done

    • Follow-up action items tracked by FTLOS

    • A recording from our sessions so you can revisit our conversations as needed

    • Email support during the Sprint and for one week after

Timeline: 2 Days (2 hours each day)

Outcome: 1-2 high-leverage projects implemented into your operations + a roadmap of other systems and processes for future implementation

Focused on your operations—the infrastructure that creates your team experience and client experience—we’ll bring a mix of coaching, insights, proprietary frameworks, and accountability that meet you where you’re at and get you to where you want to go.

All Operations Uplevels start with a comprehensive inventory of your processes and an audit of your tech stack.

We also dive deep into the experience your team and clients have working in/with your business, which is the biggest differentiator from the Operations Sprint—other than the number of projects we complete together.

From there, we make recommendations for your unique business operations based on our 40+ years of combined experience.

After we formulate a plan together and prioritize the order of execution, we jump into implementation coaching for the rest of the engagement—with you driving the mouse to build confidence and muscle memory.

Depending on the scope of the chosen projects, clients typically end up with 8-10 high-leverage operations projects implemented over the course of our three-month engagement.
