Her diverse background spans hospitality, commercial real estate, and solar industries, offering a comprehensive perspective on client experience and operational efficiency. 

As a Certified Director of Operations and Habit Story coach, Kristen masterfully combines cutting-edge systems design with a deep understanding of human behavior. Her approach, rooted in time-tested hospitality principles, ensures meticulous attention to every detail, resulting in seamless and elevated experiences for both teams and clients.

Greg Grimes joined For the Love of Systems in 2023, bringing 20 years of operations consulting experience to the team. His background in high-pressure hospitality and startup environments honed his ability to create robust systems that thrive under stress.

As a Certified Habit Story Practitioner and former Fractional COO, Greg specializes in aligning business processes with human behavior. His strength lies in rapidly identifying core issues and developing strategic, scalable solutions.

Greg's direct approach challenges clients to optimize their operations for growth and efficiency. He focuses on creating sustainable systems that consider both the big picture and the human element.

With 20 years of experience working for and with small businesses, Greg brings a wealth of cross-industry insights to FTLOS. His big-picture thinking complements the firm's detailed approach to transforming team and client experiences.

Greg spends his free time doing anything he can outdoors, practicing his bass guitar, taking deep dives into medical research, and volunteering.
