We then transition to coaching the right-hand person* through the implementation of our recommendations so the business owner can get back to doing what they do best.

You don’t have time to guide your team through this transition, but we do.

*Don’t have a team yet? We also love working with solopreneurs and small teams who haven’t hired a “right-hand” person yet! The only requirement is that the owner has the time and capacity to do the work.
