Scheduling Services
Project start dates will be discussed upon completion of a proposal, contract, and invoice. For the Love of Systems cannot guarantee immediate availability for scheduling when services are booked.
Refunds
Clients are only eligible for a refund for services not rendered. The value of services not rendered is determined solely by For the Love of Systems.
If no services were rendered before termination, For the Love of Systems reserves the right to withhold 25% of the total project amount, plus any applicable merchant processing fees, to account for time spent onboarding and project planning + holding a space on our schedule.
If you’re seeking a refund due to sub-par work or performance, instead of a refund, For the Love of Systems is responsible to immediately fix, correct, update, or otherwise edit said work to your satisfaction at no additional cost.
